Your rights
You took a photo at a SnapCube photo booth at an event and want to see, download or delete your data? This page explains how.
Your rights under the GDPR
- Access (Art. 15)
- You can find out which data is stored about you, for example your photo.
- Erasure (Art. 17)
- You can ask for your photo to be deleted.
- Restriction (Art. 18)
- You can ask that your data is only stored and not used any further for now.
- Data portability (Art. 20)
- You can download your photo in a common format.
- Objection (Art. 21)
- You can object to processing that is based on legitimate interests.
Who is responsible
At events run by our clients, the organiser is the controller. SnapNext GmbH & Co. KG processes the photos on its behalf (processor).
For the website and marketing, SnapNext is the controller itself.
For photos from an event, it is best to write to both: the organiser and us. We pass requests on and help the organiser to answer.
How to make a request
Give the event, the date and, if you have it, the photo ID from your printout or the address of the download page from the QR code. You do not need an account.
